ALL LEVELS YOGA CLASSES
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. From a place of love and compassion, not through frustration or self-loathing.

YOGA VIDEO CLASSES
Yoga videos are now available of recorded streamed classes, so you never have to miss out and can do them in your own time.
Custom made video classes are also on offer, as well as quick morning practices and Yoga tailor made for runners, swimmers, climbers, cyclists and more.
60 min, 20 min and 10 min practices are available. Suited for all levels and perfect for whichever amount of time you put aside for your practice.
