One-to-One Tuition

One-to-one yoga gives you space to slow down, focus on yourself, and work at a pace that feels right. It’s a private, supportive way to build confidence, ease stress, and develop both physical and mental wellbeing—whether you’re managing health challenges or simply wanting a more personalised practice.

ALL LEVELS YOGA CLASSES

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. From a place of love and compassion, not through frustration or self-loathing.

All of the classes at Hidden School Yoga are inclusive, for all bodies.

Teaching to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants reconnect with their body and mind through yogic practice.

YOGA VIDEO CLASSES

Yoga videos are now available of recorded streamed classes, so you never have to miss out and can do them in your own time. 

Custom made video classes are also on offer, as well as quick morning practices and Yoga tailor made for runners, swimmers, climbers, cyclists and more.


60 min, 20 min and 10 min practices are available. Suited for all levels and perfect for whichever amount of time you put aside for your practice.
