A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a social enterprise that uses its profits and resources to benefit the community, focusing on positive social or environmental impact rather than private gain.

The Reconnect project
The Reconnect Project offered nature-based days and weekends designed to support emotional wellbeing, rebuild confidence, and help participants feel more grounded in themselves and the outdoors.
Each programme wove together outdoor yoga, bushcraft, confidence-building activities, and gentle self-development practices, creating a calm and supportive space for reconnection and personal growth.
Reconnect was particularly supportive for those experiencing stress, low mood, anxiety, or periods of feeling overwhelmed, offering a gentle pathway back to balance through nature, movement, and community.
During its delivery, the project expanded to welcome a wider range of participants and created meaningful opportunities for emotional, physical, and social wellbeing in natural spaces.
The project offered both funded and paid places.

Rewild
Launching in 2026, Rewild will offer a mix of funded and paid places, ensuring support is accessible to those who need it most while remaining sustainable. Sessions will take place in outdoor and community settings across Cornwall and are designed for adults and young people experiencing stress, isolation, or low mental wellbeing.
Rewild is a nature-connected wellbeing project supporting mental health through movement, mindfulness, and time outdoors. Rooted in yoga, eco-therapy, and embodied practices, Rewild offers gentle, accessible sessions that help people reconnect with their bodies, nature, and each other.

Rewild is delivered by Hidden School CIC, with the aim of creating inclusive, preventative, and nature-based mental health support.
