Service Description

Join us at Perranporth Family Hub for a 45-minute community yoga class designed especially for parents and their babies. This is a pay-as-you-can session, with a suggested donation of £9. You can pay online when booking or in person at the class — whatever works for you. Everyone is welcome, with no judgement. The class is suitable for everyone, whether you’re completely new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. Enjoy a relaxed, inclusive space where you can practise while your baby is free to be themselves. After class, stay for an optional 45-minute local walk, with the chance to enjoy a cuppa and connect with nature and other parents. Bring your own mat if you have one — mats and equipment are available if needed. Come as you are — this is about connection, movement and community!
