Service Description
Sometimes stress doesn’t live just in our thoughts — it settles in the body. You might notice it as tension you can’t shake, a low mood that lingers, a restless kind of worry, or emotions that feel stuck with nowhere to go. Maybe traditional talking therapy hasn’t felt right for you, or you’re simply not ready to sit in a room and talk. That’s completely okay. Eco-therapy offers a different way in. This is a one-to-one session held outdoors or outdoor integrated space, with a trained practitioner, using gentle movement, breathwork, and the natural environment itself as part of the process. Rather than focusing purely on words, we work with what the body is holding — helping you begin to release, unwind, and move through whatever has built up over time. It’s well-suited for anyone experiencing: • Stored or long-held stress • Low mood or emotional flatness • Anxiety, worry, or a busy, unsettled mind • Emotions that feel stuck or hard to access • Burnout or a sense of being disconnected from yourself No experience needed. No agenda. Just an hour to slow down, step outside, and let your nervous system remember what it feels like to breathe. Sessions are guided gently at your pace, in a space that feels safe and unhurried.
